Yanika S. Daniels, Coach & Consultant, has a wide range of experience in project and talent management, and change management and coaching for private, non-profit and education organizations. With over 20 years of experience, Yanika has spent the last decade as a consultant focused on helping clients enhance talent management strategies to better recruit and retain staff. As a career coach, she has helped individuals navigate transitions within the workplace that align to their desired career goals.

Dr. Racheal Burden, is a career educator, trainer, and advocate for access, equity, and equality for all students especially by leveling the playing field through technology and data driven decision making. Racheal spent 10 years in the classroom teaching Middle School across multiple disciplines and at the district level providing EdTech support. She has worked to inform parents of resources, laws, and ways to support their students through Equity in Education for All.

Kelley has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for young people, with a focus on driving positive change in education. She brings over 15 years of experience to Daniels Solutions, and a track record of impact drawn from her work with youth-serving nonprofits, charter management organizations, and traditional public schools across the country. Kelley believes that transformational leaders who develop equitable and inclusive organizations are critical to building a world where all young people can flourish.

With 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives, Debbie brings a varied wealth of knowledge to business owners and entrepreneurs who wish to grow and scale. Always curious, Debbie enjoys the challenge of learning new software/technology and embracing new skills. She is dedicated to making the lives of busy executives easier; managing dynamic calendars; coordinating travel; and efficiently managing projects.
