    Dr. Racheal Burden, is a career educator, trainer, and advocate for access, equity, and equality for all students especially by leveling the playing field through technology and data driven decision making. Racheal spent 10 years in the classroom teaching Middle School across multiple disciplines and at the district level providing EdTech support. She has worked to inform parents of resources, laws, and ways to support their students through Equity in Education for All.

Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Daniels Talent Solutions, Eddie drives cross-functional alignment, builds operational systems, and leads firmwide strategic initiatives to strengthen execution and outcomes.

  • Brian Johnson is a talent and culture strategist with over 16 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership, specializing in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational culture transformation. As Director of Residence Life at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), he led a team of over 250 employees, overseeing talent development, staff recruitment, and leadership training while driving initiatives to build an inclusive and high-performing culture.
