Yanika's journey began in the heart of Mississippi, surrounded by a family of educators and entrepreneurs who instilled in her the values of servant leadership and community service. With a background in engineering and management consulting at Fortune 100 companies, Yanika shifted her focus to human resources to directly influence organizational culture and effectiveness in the education sector. 

In 2016, after fifteen years in corporate and education roles, Yanika fully dedicated herself to launching Daniels Talent Solutions. The firm is committed to creating joyful, sustainable workspaces by integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the executive search and talent management process.
