This transformative series is built for managers who’ve never had formal training but are navigating real challenges like team dynamics, organizational change, and growing into people-first leaders. In just three sessions and one powerful group coaching call, you'll gain practical tools like DiSC assessments, feedback frameworks, and onboarding systems that immediately improve how you lead. When? Dates?
The series will take place on January 22nd, 23rd, and 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. CT, for a total of 12 hours. Breaks will be included throughout the series.
There is an optional group coaching session late January 2026. At this session, participants will reflect on the series, discuss any goals and wins from the series, and be assigned a peer accountability partner.

Nicole Caridad Ralston
Dr. Nicole Caridad Ralston is a multiracial Latina leader and daughter of Cuban refugees, devoted to creating spaces where marginalized voices are centered, seen, and heard. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, most recently serving as Senior Director of Education and Programming at Beloved Community, where she built and led a diverse team of racial equity consultants. Her work spans curriculum design, social justice education, retention initiatives, and leadership development, and she currently teaches graduate courses at the University of New Orleans. Based in New Orleans.

Yanika Daniels
Yanika S. Daniels brings over 20 years of experience in talent management, change management, and leadership coaching across private, nonprofit, and education sectors. As a consultant for the past seven years, she has helped organizations strengthen recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring both strong talent placement and sustainable systems. Previously, she led talent management for Fulton County Schools, coached regional leaders at Teach For America, and worked in consulting with IBM and PwC. Yanika holds degrees from Vanderbilt University, MIT, and The Broad Center, and is a certified John Maxwell coach and speaker.
